Only Flyers Gang Run Printing
Printing method in which multiple printing projects are placed on a common paper sheet in an effort to reduce printing costs and paper waste.
Gang runs are generally used with sheet-fed printing presses and CMYK process color jobs, which require four separate plates that are loaded into the press. It takes up to 250 sheets for a "make ready," which is the process of getting the plates inked up and the ink levels set correctly.
Usually when you get the full color printing done, the print job cost is attributed to fixed costs of setting up the job on the printing press. In the case of Gang Run Printing, many different printing jobs can absorb these fixed printing costs. That being the case it reduces the overall printing costs. This way you can save hundreds of dollars when printing on a gang run.
Remember that with Gang Run Printing we are not able to guaranteed exact colors, because your job will be printed with other jobs to save you money. Overall, we will do our best on our control to satisfy your color quality.
Also on the printing industry standards there is a 10% room for errors on the printing and cutting of flyers. This will not mean that all of your orders will have missing or miscut flyers, it means that sometimes your order will be short on flyers in that range. But, we will do our best in our hands for this to never happen.
