Refund policy for our entire online printing services it is very simple. If your order has not started printing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Remember that most products will be send to print as they come in, once we have approve your order and it has been sent to print, we will not be able to stop the printing process and issue a refund.

Once your order has shipped out from us, you have 15 calendar days to request a claim. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.
